To those of you who have not heard of Patient First Systems, Inc., welcome.  We are a startup company, incorporated in June of this year.

Patient First will be setting the tone for rural health care for the next century.  In the past, rural communities were isolated from mainstream, "big city", high tech medicine and dentistry.  To obtain these services, rural patients had to travel long distances, often repeatedly and at great expense.

Patient First will be offering these services locally through the use of the newest electronic communications technology.  We will be offering the rural patient and practitioner real-time consultation with specialists by way of teleconferencing and digital transmission of diagnostic data, including, but not limited to, radiographs, electrocardiograms and video imaging.

Those of us have been fortunate enough to have been in on the genesis of some of these new diagnostic technologies have been excited by the implied changes to medical, dental and other health practices.  Now it is time to see these changes implemented.

Patient First will not only seek to use existing technologies, but to innovate and test new ideas as they become available.
